Tonight, at UFC on FOX 2 prelims, Rogan interviewed Michael Johnson. Johnson brought up the current topic of Dana White and the UFC not paying their fighters enough. Johnson was trying to make the point that they pay more than enough and that he'd honestly be happy being paid in layers (a reference to a popular American commercial). Rogan, an American, condescendingly says that he has no idea the point that Johnson is trying to make and walks away from Johnson."Lately, Rogan has been different. Instead of being impartial and the normal in-cage post fight interviewer, he has been making snide comments and stepping out of his boundaries.
The first incident was during a post-fight interview with Jacob Volkmann. Volkmann made a stupid joke about Obama. He shouldn't have made it. Rogan made him feel stupid for it and received praise throughout the MMA world.
At the very next event , following Mario Yamasaki's decision to DQ Erick Silva for strikes to the back of the head, Rogan decided to interview Mario Yamasaki on the spot. The decision to interview Yamasaki wasn't offensive. The manner in which Rogan interviewed was. While interviewing Silva (who was standing next to Yamasaki), Rogan says, "It looked legal to me." Then, he proceeded to walk Silva through the interview determining where each punch landed. He finished saying, "These look like legal shots to me." He then calls Mario into the interview and argues with Mario that he made the wrong decision. Any other interviewer lets the referee state his piece and then let the audience to decide. After finishing his argument with Yamasaki, he turns to Silva and says, "Erick, Mario Yamasaki is a great referee, but I think he made a mistake here. What do you think?"
Läs den texten så förstår ni att Rogan börjat tappa stinget efter allt rökande, kan mest hålla med om Marios intervju, helt klart oproffsig och opassande
